I’ll go with Willa and Snarf. No idea on a third, so I’ll say Jaga. Don’t remember it being in a episode, but he must have right?
The Unicorn Keepers. I’m not sure but I kinda recall seeing a screencap of WilyKat using “Sight Beyond Sight”. I could be wrong though. Also I’m guessing the Mask of Gorgon does not count.
Definitely Willa and the Unicorn Keepers!
Between you that’s all of them. Zax?
Willa is correct, from “Garden of Delights”. Do you have an example for Snarf or Jaga? I can’t think of any…
The Mask of Gorgon doesn’t count, but the Unicorn Keepers do! As for WikyKat, maybe you’re thinking of “The Shifter”, when Kat and Lion-O (in each other’s bodies) have to Ho! together?
If Booshman has a Snarf or Jaga example, he’s the winner. Otherwise, it’s you, Wilycub. [emoji4]
FWIW, Luna is the only other character whoever says “Sword of Omens, give me Sight Beyond Sight,” though of course it doesn’t work.
I’ll concede. I thought Snarf must have been, since he’s always with Lion-O, but I don’t have an example. Jaga used to be the keeper of the sword, so I bet there were loads of examples, just none we ever saw.
I was gonna say Mumm–ra but the time he used the sword with the book of omens he got sucked into it and it ended badly for him. XD
Thanks Zax and Booshman. Ok, here’s a new question from me:
Which villain’s prison did Mumm-Ra spent three centuries searching for?
Mongor!
That is correct! :thumbsup I was always intrigued by how Mumm-Ra pretty much knew everything about everything! He was like a walking Wikipedia. He knew about Ta-She’s Time Warp Prison, about the Astral World, about the Seventh Dimension, about the Kingdom of Webs, he even knew about the Eye of Thundera which existed on a planet that was light years away from his! And yet he couldn’t locate Mongor’s prison. ![]()
Enough rambling from me, your turn to give us a new question Liam! ![]()
He couldn’t locate the prison because plot.
Ha! Funny—the decision to make Mongor Mumm-Ra’s “servant” isn’t really important for the plot. But it’s pretty cool in a diabolical demon priesty sort of way.
It’s the sort of thing that got revisited in season 4 with various guest villains like Amortus and Shadowmaster.
OK, here’s my question:
In which episodes are the Thunderkittens seen driving or referenced as driving the Thundertank?
I think Wilykat drove it in “All that Glitters”. If you’re asking for an episode in which both of them are doing it, I might guess “The Problem with Thunderkittens”?
Wrong on both counts. I’m not sure the kittens are even in the former, and I don’t think the tank appears in the latter.
Sorry, I meant to say I think Wilykat drove the tank in “Garden of Delights” :wilykat.
About “The Trouble with Thunderkittens”, it was just a guess although I myself was pretty sure the tank didn’t appear in that one ![]()
The Garden Of Delights is one answer. I can’t remember if we actually saw Wilykat driving the tank in that episode but Panthro’s dialogue indicated that he had been learning it, and was going to be driving it back into its housing in the Lair.
There is one other episode where the kittens were definitely seen driving it, both of them in it and nobody else at the time.
“Divide and Conquer”?
That’s the one! You got both of the ones I was thinking of, so it’s your turn!
Thanks!
Ok, since the thread has been cold for a long time, I’m going with a Tygra one (got inspired by the current one at the Quintatet game thread).
Tygra is usually depicted with black eyebrows although in some eps they’re orange. There’s one episode though (at least one I can think of) in that his eyebrows alternate from black to orange in different scenes within the same ep. Which episode is it?
Solely on the basis of the spread in animation styles and quality within the episode, I’m going to guess “Mechanical Plague”…
