The typical view of Cats’ Lair has it nestled into the hillside that it was quarried from. But in what episode do we see Cats’ Lair from behind?
I’m just taking a wild guess and saying “Mumm-Rana”? I do recall that episode having some unusual shots of the Cats Lair, but can’t remember if there was a back view of it.
“Mumm-Rana” does have some great angles on the Lair, particularly down onto the courtyard when Tygra and Lion-O are dangling from the Lair Head. But no shots of the place from behind the hillside…
Is it “Good and Ugly”? There were some pretty cool high and low angle shots when Lion-O is firing at the alien’s spaceship.
Hmmm. This is not the episode I had in mind, but watching it back there is one shot of the Lair’s head, shoulder and back from behind at a 3/4 angle. I might have to give it to you, WilyCub! The ep I had in mind was “Excalibur”:

Ah. I would never in a million years have thought of “Excalibur”. I was just trying to remember those episodes in which there is some kind of flying vehicle circling the lair. I was thinking either “Good and Ugly” or maybe “Turmagar the Tuska” or other such ones.
Well it’s getting tougher and tougher ot come up with new questions that haven’t been done before. Let’s see, it probably isn’t a very hard one, but it’s all I can think of right now:

OK, while we’re on the subject of vehicles, I may have posed this question before:
When the Mutants recovered their vehicles, it was established that they had two Skycutters and one Nosediver. What is the only episode where this was reversed, showing as it did two Nosedivers and one Skycutter?
Is it “Trial of Mind Power”?
