According to the Demolisher: “Look behind you”
According to Lion-O: throw sand in the opponent’s eyes.
Spot on. Your turn Wilycub!
Thanks, Liam!
A new question, not too hard:
Who refers to Snarf as “fuzzy fellow”?
That would be Captain Shiner, I think.
You think correct! Your turn, Liam. ![]()
OK, here’s an easy one. What type of moat does Castle Plun-Darr have?
A phosphor-moat!
Correct! Basically here, my mind wasn’t up to thinking of anything challenging that we hadn’t had already!
In any event, Zax it’s your turn!
Third Earth to Zaxx LOL
Whoops! Thanks for the bump.
Which characters take active roles (and in what episodes) despite being dead?
Mummies don’t count. ![]()
So far, I can think of:
[ul]
[li]Grune - “Ghost Warrior”[/li][li]Ice King - “Ice King”[/li][li]Jaga - “Astral Prison”, “Ghost Warrior”[/li][li]Hammerhand - “Return of Hammerhand” (he was dead, wasn’t he?)[/li][/ul]
Yes, Hammerhand was dead. I can only think of one more vaguely possible answer to this, and it might not count in that way, and that’s Baron Karnor in The Tower Of Traps (it’s his traps that Lion-O and Wilykit are having to get past).
So with Hammerhand being dead how is it Hammerhand comes to be in Thundercats Ho onwards. Did he get a new body/poses someone or is this another pirate just with the same name or one that has taken the name?
That one was never explained, and has always bugged me too.
Ya it never seemed to be explained. I believe it is simply a case of LJN wanting to make toys of them, but they should have came up with a storyline to reintroduce them. The crew was even different. I suppose they were partly robot so they could have been brought back from the dead?
Chiming in with a few more answers ![]()
[ul]
[li]Malcar - “Malcar”[/li][li]Claudus - “The Shadowmaster”[/li][/ul]
The concept of death was always handled rather oddly in the series. Like “The Astral Prison”. If Jaga can be imprisoned in that alternate plane of existence, does it mean that all the people there are also dead/spirits? :confused In which case Nemex and Astral Moat Monster would probably count as answers. Also not sure if Merlin counts as an answer.
I thought of Baron Karnor too, but as we actually never saw him (other than his bones), and because he didn’t have a properly “actrive role”, I didn’t consider him as an answer ![]()
I always wondered that myself.
Zax, is it fair to say it’s my turn? I have a question already (might be easy for fans like us though)
Weird. Somehow I stopped getting notifications for this thread. Yes, Tygra_Rules, you’re up. And for the record, I did have Karnor in mind when I posed the question. [emoji6]
