I was sure it wasn’t “Pumm-Ra” as I jsut watched that episode a few days ago with my daughters, and “Turmagar the Tuska” was my second option, but I just couldn’t think of what character delivred that line to Tygra (now I remember, it must have been in the early scenes of the episode, when Tygra and the kittens were in Cats Lair while the others were in outer space, and Turmagar arrived in his flying camel).

I actually don’t remember that line. It’s from “Garden of Delights”, right? To the best of my memory, when Lion-O, Panthro and Cheetara are locked inside Cats Lair, the conversation goes something like this:
Panthro: You’re thinking logically, son. And sometimes, logic doesn’t work.
Lion-O: What does?
Panthro: Ingenuity! The time to plan for a rainy day is when the sun is shining.
So is the above line from a deleted scene or is it said later in the episode?
