Good guess, but no.
I’ll give a hint. In the screen shot, Lion-O is using the sword to block an attack. The power source seen is not coming from the sword.
Could it be from “Good and Ugly”? I’m trying to think of other episodes that have energetic battles in the Lair courtyard!

Hmm…so the shot is from “The Fire-Balls of Plun-Darr”, but I don’t see why the poor video quality is a hint. What am I missing?
I’m at work, and the only episode videos I have easy access to are all my recent VHS transfers. So that narrows it down to just the episodes released on home video.
